I want to build a bench for our garden.

Here is the picture from the File Woodworking Outdoor Projects article:

I thought about what to build it out of, and settled on redwood. The bench will be outside and will eventually turn grey, and redwood matches our raised beds and fence.

I bought 1x 6”x6”x6′ piece and 5x 4”x4”x8′ Select Heart pieces.

I developed a cut plan.
